20. How long does my certification last?
Once certified for one of our packaged training programs you are certified
"for life." Any company you work for needs to be licensed for
you to train that program. When we update program materials and content,
you must attend a "re-fresher" class to become fluent with the
new format. However "re-fresher" classes for previously certified
trainers are at no charge. If you want to become certified in another
program we offer, you must attend a train-the-trainer course for that
specific program, i.e.: you are certified in The Core and want to train
Situational Coaching™. You would need to become certified in Situational
Coaching™.

21. Is my certification tied to my company?
No. Your certification stays with you, even if you change places of employment.
However, your new employer must be licensed for you to be able to conduct
training within that organisation.
22. I was certified with my previous employer, can I offer Situational
Leadership® at my new company?
Yes. The company needs to sign a license agreement with us first and then
you can train the program again. If you would like to come back for a
re-fresher course free of charge, you are welcome to do so.
