The Center for Leadership Studies, Inc. (USA) owns the Situational Leadership® Model and the content associated with it. It is their intellectual property and protected by several copyrights. The Australasian Centre for Leadership Studies (owned by Pacific Training and Development) represents CLS as their Master Licensee in Australia.

02. How can I bring Situational Leadership® to my employees?

Our online assessments are reserved for licensed clients who are training our packaged training program on Situational Leadership®. It is not designed to be used as a stand-alone assessment.

9. May I buy or rent a copy of Twelve O'clock High?
No. You need to sign a license agreement with us to use the film in a training setting. The Center for Leadership Studies has an agreement with Films, Inc. to use an edited version of the film for training purposes. The Twelve O'Clock High case study requires accreditation and training resources.

10. How long does my certification last?
Once certified for one of our packaged training programs you are certified "for life." Any company you work for needs to be licensed for you to train that program.

11. Is my certification tied to my company?
No. Your certification stays with you, even if you change places of employment. However, your new employer must be licensed for you to be able to conduct training within that organisation.

12. I was certified with my previous employer, can I offer Situational Leadership® at my new company?
Yes. The company needs to sign a license agreement with us first and then you can train the program again. If you would like to come back for a refresher course free of charge, you are welcome to do so.
